Employment

Windhorse Community Services’ contemplative and team-based approach to mental health care presents a unique opportunity for those who wish to work in a non-traditional model. It is demanding but rewarding work.

WCS hires externally for the following two roles: Team Counselor (which consists of therapeutic companionship shifts with individual clients) and Housemate (living with a client in their home, building relationship, and attending to the activities of daily living). Team Counselor positions are available in full-time or part-time tracks.

Applicants interested in applying for Windhorse Community Services, Inc. positions are required to submit a Cover Letter and current Resume, which may be emailed to the address below. You may be contacted to complete an interview and application, which includes a background check. WCS also requires receipt of two letters of recommendation.
