I have been with Windhorse Community Services since 2004. I currently serve as the Admissions Senior Clinician. I am also a Team Supervisor, Intensive Psychotherapist, and Team Leader. I received a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology in 1985 from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1982 from Florida State University. My career prior to WCS spanned various agencies which offered me experience in crisis counseling, homelessness, developmental disabilities, and fourteen years as a psychotherapist and case manager with the community mental health center here in Boulder. Throughout my career, I have engaged in mindfulness practices, and I have a deep, ongoing appreciation for the Windhorse model and its potential to create healing environments and lasting change. I identify as a woman, I am married, I have two grown daughters and two granddaughters. I enjoy hiking in the woods, dancing, and attuning to the wonders of life.
